What to include in a problem report
Once email is enabled, include your browser and device, the audio format, approximate file size and duration, the steps you took, and the exact error message. Say whether the issue occurred while choosing a file, converting it, or downloading the MIDI.
You do not need to attach your recording to describe a problem. Please do not send confidential audio, passwords, payment details, or identity documents. If sharing an example later, only share material you have permission to disclose.
Before reporting a conversion issue
Try a short, clear recording of one instrument. Full mixes, background noise, reverb, protected files, and unusual codecs can prevent useful results. Incorrect notes may require manual editing in your music software; the converter does not promise exact transcription.
